The four suspects were arrested after Amy'Leigh was snatched from her mother outside Laerskool Kollegepark in Vanderbijlpark in September.
The bail application by accused number one and three - suspended Laerskool Kollegepark Grade RR teacher Tharina Human as well as Pieter van Zyl - both failed and they will remain in custody until their next court appearance.

Accused number 2 Leticia Nel was granted bail of R25 000 with strict conditions, which include her reporting to the Vanderbijlpark Police Station every Wednesday from next week.
"The interest of justice do not favour the release on bail of applicants number 1 and applicant number 3. The stated applicants have on the other hand failed to discharge their onus on any rebuttal on the state's case to satisfy the court that the interest of justice indeed favours their release,” said Kotha in his ruling.
"Applicant number 2 in the court's assessment, on the other hand, has succeeded in her onus."
The fourth accused, Bafokeng Molemohi, abandoned his bail application.
