KZN police say more arrests are expected in a double kidnapping and murder case they're investigating in KwaDabeka.
One man's in custody in connection with the attack on Simangele Simamane, and her 13-year-old daughter, Simangele Simamane,
In October last year, police published details of their horrific injuries, saying the 36-year-old mother and teenager were found dumped near the Umgeni River.
The police's Thembeka Mbele says 41-year-old Sthembiso Lamula's facing two murder and kidnapping charges.
He'll remain in custody until Friday.
"On the 7th April, the police officers from the Provincial Tracking Team together with Crime Intelligence received information that suspect that was sought for murder was back from hiding and was roaming the streets of KwaMashu.
