Kuanda wants swift arrest after high-ranking official gunned down

eThekwini Mayor Mxolisi Kaunda has called for
a swift arrest in the killing of a high-ranking city official.
Emannuel Ntuli was shot and killed at his home in Mandeni on Friday.

Ntuli was the Acting Senior Manager for Plants and Logistics at the city’s Water and Sanitation Unit.
KZN police say the motive for the attack has not been established yet and that they are yet to make an arrest.
Just last month, Khulekani Khumalo, who was a manager in the same unit, was shot and killed in Inanda.
He had been sitting in a municipal vehicle at the time of the attack.
