Krugersdorp gang rape: Film crew member arrested

A member of the film crew that was attacked during the gang rape of eight women in Krugersdorp has been arrested.

Eight women were robbed and raped, allegedly by several armed zama zamas, outside an unused mine shaft on the West Rand in July.
They'd been shooting a music video at the time.

It's understood that the belongings of the victims were found in the possession of the suspect.
Fourteen men have been arrested in connection with the incident.
The suspect, who is believed to be a woman, appeared in a Gauteng court on Wednesday.
