King Shaka drug bust suspect behind bars

It is believed the woman had stored the drugs in a shampoo bottle, hidden in her luggage.

The cocaine is said to have an estimated street value of R4-million.

"We can confirm that the woman was arrested and charged with dealing and for being in possession of drugs," said Mathe.Mathe says the suspect appeared before the Verulam Magistrate's Court and was remanded back into custody.
She is due in court again on the 6th of August, 2019 for a formal bail application.
