A nine month old baby who was kidnapped last week in Phoenix, north of Durban has been found alive and his alleged abductor arrested.

The baby boy disappeared with his mother's friend last week.
Police say she had asked the child's mother if she could 'borrow the child' and take him to the mall.
SAPS spokesperson, Nqobile Gwala says the suspect was arrested yesterday and charged with kidnapping.
Gwala says the boy was unharmed and is currently in a place of safety.
"The investigations are still continuing, later the baby will be reunited with the mother," she said.
