Kekana withdraws charges against KaMagwaza-Msibi
Updated | By Steve Bhengu
The National Freedom Party has admitted that legal battles have cost it valuable time and the confidence of its supporters.

Since party leader, Zanele KaMagwaza-Msibi fell ill in 2014, the NFP has made headlines for the wrong reasons.
Political squabbles and court action were among them.
The NFP was also disqualified from the 2016 local government elections.

KaMagwaza-Msibi's deputy Alex Kekana took her to court following a decision to disband the NEC.
Speaking in Durban, Kekana says he has now withdrawn all charges against the party and its leader.
"I have withdrawn all matters between myself and the National Freedom Party. I have instructed the attorneys to withdraw the matters in court immediately as this matters are not driven by the matters of the party but by selfish interests of individuals," he said.
