Justice Department pays tribute to slain Durban magistrate
Updated | By Bernadette Wicks
As investigations into the deaths of five family members in Montclair, south of Durban continue, the Justice Department in KwaZulu-Natal has paid tribute to slain Durban magistrate, Bongekile Tenza.
Tenza, her court interpreter husband, Sandile Mkhize and the couple's three young children were all found dead in their home on Wednesday afternoon.
At this stage, it is suspected that Mkhize shot Tenza and the children before turning the gun on himself.

"Tenza was well-respected by her colleagues. The department has sent its heartfelt condolences to the family."
