Jason Rohde sentenced to 20 years for wife's murder
Property mogul, Jason Rohde has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for the murder of his wife.
His wife, Susan was found dead in their room at a wine estate in Stellenbosch in 2016.
It was initially thought Susan had taken her own life but after further investigations, Rohde was charged with her murder.
In its judgement, the Western Cape High Court said Rohde had "staged her death as a play" and roped in various "actors" and "extras" to tell a story that she had committed suicide.
