"It is an addiction, and you are healthy. I am hardly ever sick. I think I'm still quite strong."
The 2019 'Up Run' takes place this Sunday.
Thousands of athletes will make the gruelling trek from Durban to Pietermaritzburg.
Registration takes place from Thursday until Saturday at the Durban Exhibition Centre and Comrades Marathon House in Pietermaritzburg.
