Isando fire guts more than 100 containers
Updated | By Benedict Ngwenya

Ekurhuleni's disaster and emergency management services spokesperson William Ntladi says about 50 containers burnt down completely, while the balance were salvaged.
The containers were packed next to a railway line on the premises of the Transnet Freight Rail company.
"Some had plastic stored inside them, others had some explosives inside," he said, adding he did not know what kind of explosives they were.
He says they were alerted just after 1pm and the blaze was extinguished three hours later.
No injuries or fatalities were reported and the cause is unclear at this stage.
