Qina Mshayeli says drivers have come to them for several weeks now, complaining that they have been victimised.

Some reasons include a lower than expected end of day cash-up.

A driver was reportedly beaten up and stabbed this week for bringing in a small amount of cash.

The organisation's Clement Doncabe says there are legal ways of dealing with their workers.

"If there's anything wrong that's been done by a driver or a worker there's a process that's supposed to be followed. There's a disciplinary process. You can go to the CCMA or challenge them in court. I don't know where does beating someone who's working for you come from," he said.
