IFP president Velenkosini Hlabisa is expected to cast his vote in his hometown of Hlabisa, in northern KZN, this morning.
Hlabisa falls under the Big Five Hlabisa Municipality, which is an IFP stronghold.

Elderly voters, who have been voting since the dawn of democracy in 1994, told Newswatch that their biggest concern is the jobless youth and are calling for more jobs for their children.
