IEC confident Electoral Court will appropriately decide NFP's fate
Updated | By Christopher Motabogi

The IEC disqualified the party this week after it missed a deadline last month to pay a deposit to secure its participation in the elections.

IEC's Deputy CEO Sy Mamabolo says the Electoral Court will handle this matter accordingly.
''The Electoral Court will obviously look at that issue and make a determination. The court, in law, must dispose of matters before them expeditiously. So we are confident that even in this case thy will deal with this matter expeditiously'' he said.
