Husband arrested in Phoenix elderly woman's murder

The husband of an elderly woman murdered in Phoenix - has handed himself over to police.
69-year-old Dhanalutchmee Naidoo was found lying on her bed in her home in Lanbury Place yesterday.
The police's Nqobile Gwala says the man walked into the police station - a short while after the murder.
"A 64-year-old man handed himself to the police and reported that he murdered a woman and police immediately responded and traced to Phoenix where a body of a 69-year-old woman was found with a slit throat. A case of murder has been opened for investigation at Phoenix police station," Gwala said.
