Hungry hijacker holds up pizza delivery man

With today’s technology, you can get just about anything on your smartphone - If you’re a crook, you can even order in your victim. Marshall Security’s Special Operations Team has nabbed a suspected hijacker, who allegedly ordered a pizza from a local fast food chain in Greenwood Park, north Durban, and then held up the delivery man.
Spokesperson Kyle Van Reenen says the private security company was called in to assist vehicle trackers recover the stolen scooter last night.
“The delivery scooter was equipped with a satellite tracking device monitored by Digit Vehicle Tracking and a signal was found in the Kenville area,” he explains, “The scooter was found off a dirt road, near an informal settlement. A brief search of a nearby shack revealed a male suspect found in possession of the keys to the motorcycle”.
Van Reenen says he was arrested on site and handed over to local police to process him and investigate further.
As for the pizza, it was found stashed away during the arrest.
“All pieces have been accounted for,” Van Reenen quips.
