Hundreds of patients to be without cannabis treatment
Updated | By Khatija Nxedlana
Hundreds of patients who rely on cannabis oil to treat illnesses ranging from epilepsy to Parkinson's disease and cancer - could soon be without their choice of treatment

This follows a raid at the home of South African cannabis activist - Sheldon Cramer.
Cramer - more commonly known as Bobby Greenhash - produces and supplies the oils - still considered illegal in the country - from his northern KZN home.
Police raided the Richards Bay property last week - confiscating raw materials, extractors and oils.
Cramer says there are around 500 patients who rely on his natural oils. He feels they should be given the right to choose
their source of treatment.
"We have never claimed to be doctors. We do not claim to be oncologists are any kind of specialists", he said.
"We are herbal traditional healers and we supply traditional healing medicines that work", Cramer said.
"The unfortunate part of it is that we are still fighting this ludicrous law which turns patients into criminals. Why are treating a medical problem like a criminal problem?", he said
