'Huge weight' off shoulders of Class of '23

The Class of 2023 says a huge weight
has been lifted off their shoulders.
The matric exams officially wrap up today, signalling the end of their high school careers.
Some students though say it's going to be a long wait for their exam marks, which can be a bit stressful.
The Department of Basic Education says the results will be released to candidates on 19 January.
Ayabonga Mavundla, from uMthwalume High School, says she was happy with Business Studies paper 2, Accounting paper 2 was slightly challenging.
"The exams were okay, even though I had some challenges with Accounting paper 2, it was difficult for me but overall it was fine, I coped."
Yuthika Govindlal, who is a pupil at Dr AD Lazarus Secondary, says the past five weeks have been stressful but she managed.

"The most difficult papers for me were Maths paper 2 and Physics paper 2, what I enjoyed the most were the two Life Science papers."
Westville Boys' High pupil Werrick Field says he's hoping for a good grade on Maths paper 1.
"I studied very hard for it, and I want to get a good mark and I'm hoping I get that but I need to wait until the results come."
