Hillcrest shooting: 'I'm trying to be strong for our little boy'
The wife of the manager of a popular Hillcrest establishment who was killed at his workplace says she is trying to keep strong for their son - but is devastated by the loss.
Thirty-eight-year-old Adriaan van Wyk was shot dead at the Crinkley Bottom Park yesterday.
His wife, Samantha explains what CCTV footage from the cameras in the restaurant of the function venue shows.
Samantha says she and her young son arrived at the park later - not aware of what had happened.
They found police officers on the scene but paramedics had not yet arrived.
"My little four-year-old and I saw my husband's body. We are not doing so well. I'm just trying to keep strong for my little boy because he really misses his dad so much," she said.

The motive is unknown and police are still searching for the killers.
