Hillcrest cop arrested for murder of two women
Police watchdog IPID has confirmed that an officer from Hillcrest is in
custody for the alleged murder of two women.
Officials were called to the constable's home in Mandela Park early yesterday morning.
They found the bodies of the women lying on the floor.
They sustained gunshot wounds to the head and arms and were declared dead at the scene.

IPID spokesperson Lizzy Suping says the constable is stationed at the Hillcrest police station.
Suping says eleven empty cartridges, four bullet heads and adult videos were found at the scene.
