Henri van Breda trial postponed after epilepsy diagnosis
It was revealed in court on Monday that Henri van Breda was diagnosed with juvenile myoclonic epilepsy.
The triple murder-accused had spent the weekend at Constantiaberg Medi-Clinic and was diagnosed after a series of medical tests.
On Monday, Van Breda's lawyer Pieter Botha told the Western Cape High Court that client had a seizure last Wednesday and was hospitalised on Thursday.
The 23-year-old was seen by neurologist Dr James Butler.

Judge Siraj Desai postponed the trial to Monday 27 November, to allow Butler time to finalise a medical report.
The court heard that the report from the neurologist is likely to have an impact on the psychologist's report.
Psychologist Dr Elspeth Burke was expected to testify as a witness in Van Breda's defence on Monday.

Van Breda is accused of axing to death his parents and older brother in their De Zalze Estate home in January 2015.
