Heavy traffic volumes expected out of KZN
Updated | By Khatija Nxedlana
The N3 Toll Concession says it's anticipating a busy day on the national route as holiday-makers head out of KZN.
The concession's Andy Visser says high traffic volumes were recorded on Wednesday evening and Thursday morning into the province and they expect traffic to peak again around midday today through the Mooi River Toll Plaza towards Gauteng.
Visser has advised motorists to allocate enough time for their trips.
"Vermuelen's Pass is often the bottle neck on heavy peak traffic days so anticipate delays in that area", she said.
"We propose that motorists leave with good time to spare and drive with caution", Visser said.
