A heartfelt American adoption story
Christine and Brian Anderson have shared a personal video of their story in becoming the parents of little Christian, Jonathan and James.
The US couple faced difficulties of infertility for 10 years before considering the option of adoption. In the video, the mum of three speaks about the moment she met her first son.
She says “She placed him in my arms and it was as though he looked to her to say thank you. It felt like he waited a long time for this, too. To have a miracle that I couldn’t do for myself, that Ashley could do for me - how do you respond to that?”
They have detailed their journey on a blog - operating since 2010 - the challenges they've faced while in the process of adoption and how they met their children.
