The open dialogue between over 1600 youth delegates and panellists which includes Deputy Minister of Higher Education Mduduzi Manana as well First Lady Thobeka Madiba Zuma has got off to a heated start at the Durban ICC.
The dialogue is part of the Higher Education AIDS Conference now in its second day.

Some young delegates called for government to include the LGBT community, when conducting dialogues of this nature.
"Whenever we have these conferences, let us get young people with firsthand experience and who will talk about things that they have been through. Let us also include LGBTI communities," one of the attendees said.
The conference wraps up tomorrow.
