Hawks due to respond to KZN boss' bid
Updated | By Anelisa Kubheka
The Hawks are expected to respond in the Durban High Court next month to their KwaZulu-Natal head Johan Booysen's application for an order to have him reinstated.

Booysen was suspended again last week.
Booysen made the application in court yesterday where the matter was adjourned to the 21st of October to give the Hawks time to prepare their response to his application.
This time around Booysen is accused of submitting fraudulent documents to claim performance bonuses for tracking down wanted suspects.
His previous suspension was declared invalid after he was accused of running a 'death squad consisting of members of the disbanded Cato Manor Organised Crime Unit.
Speaking to Newswatch after court yesterday Booysen said he had confidence in the justice system and truth will prevail.
