Harry Gwala Mayor relieved, emotional after charges dropped

Harry Gwala mayor, Mluleki Ndobe says he's relieved that the murder charges against him have been provisionally withdrawn.

Ndobe and three co-accused were arrested in connection with the killing of former ANC Youth League leader and uMzimkhulu councillor, Sindiso Magaqa.
Ndobe - and the other accused appeared in the Umzimkhulu Magistrate’s Court today for what was expected to be a bail application.
Instead, the State dropped the charges against Ndobe and Zweliphansi Skhosana - saying it doesn’t have enough evidence - at this stage - to hold the
"I have mixed feelings about the case. I am relieved but at the same time - I am very emotional and very angry about it. I can be accused of anything but definitely not murder or conspiracy to commit murder," he said.
