A friend of the victims of the Hammarsdale massacre says they are praying for a breakthrough in the case.
Six people were gunned down on Friday night in Georgedale - by what police believe was a gang of five men.
One person survived the attack and was taken to hospital.
Leaders from the SACP and Cosatu in the province met with the victims' families today.

This man gathered with other friends at the home where the shooting happened.
He's told Newswatch they are still in shock.
"We are very depressed by the situation. We thoroughly wish that the police could make far more investigations about the situation that has taken place," he said.
