Group to face intimidation, trespassing charges for protesting at Dube-Ncube's home

A group of protestors that stormed KZN Premier Nomusa Dube-Ncube's home over the weekend will be facing charges of intimidation and trespassing.
Around 100 members of the civil rights organisation Umsinsi descended on Dube-Ncube's Hillcrest home on Saturday.

The group demanded answers from the premier on service delivery promises made during the election period.

"Investigations are currently underway into the motive for the protest and the reasons as to why they gathering had to be held outside a private residence," says provincial police spokesperson Jay Naicker.
