Grenade attack: Toti man to apply for bail

A 44-year old Amanzimtoti man charged with the murder of his wife is due to appear in the Durban Magistrates Court this morning for a formal bail application.

Joel Mohoasa allegedly threw a grenade at his wife, Letshego after an argument.
His wife died the next morning after being rushed to hospital by family members.
The former Air Force Kernal handed himself over to police last Wednesday.
Mahoase has been charged with murder, attempted murder and the unlawful possession of explosives.
He made a brief appearance in court last week.
