schools prepare to welcome pupils back for full-time learning and teaching,
government has made a commitment to assist storm-damaged schools.
Basic Education Minister Angie Motshekga says music and sport can also be reintroduced in areas that are well ventilated.

"The treasury is working with Public Works and other agencies in government to make sure that they can be a support to us because, as a sector, we will not cope with all the challenges facing us," Motshekga said.
"So there is a commitment from the Minister of Finance to assist us, both financially and in the terms of working with the capacity, because the other problem with DBE is the capacity to focus on learning and teaching school feeling safe and infrastructure."
The minister says they're relying on teacher assistants for support amid the shortage of teachers.
