Gordhan says he won't present himself to Hawks

Finance minister Pravin Gordhan says he will not present himself to the Hawks on Thursday.
The Hawks had requested Gordhan and other former South African Revenue Service (Sars) officials present themselves at the Pretoria offices of the Hawks to obtain a warning statement.
It relates to an alleged rogue unit within Sars.
However, Gordhan on Wednesday afternoon said he had since taken legal counsel and has been advised that he is under no legal obligation comply with the Hawks' request.
