Gordhan: Do not shrug off state capture
Updated | By Dineo Mphahlele
Former Finance Minister, Pravin Gordhan says South Africans can recapture the State through active citizenry.
Since his shock sacking four months ago, Gordhan has used various platforms to encourage South Africans to mobilise against State capture, and last night was no exception.
Addressing a crowd of mostly UCT Graduate School of Business alumni in Umhlanga, Gordhan repeated his mantra of of "connecting the dots" and urged them to actively participate in exposing corruption.
Gordhan describes State capture as disease, warning it is something not to shrug off or ignore.
He again stressed South Africa is not for sale and citizens need to jealously guard the country's sovereignty.Show's Stories
