Godongwana urged to revive rail networks, ports at MTBPS
Updated | By Noxolo Miya
Citrus growers have urged Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana to prioritise the financial recovery of the rail networks and ports.

Godongwana is scheduled to deliver his mini-budget in Parliament on Wednesday afternoon.
Last week, logistics operator Transnet asked Treasury for a reported R100 billion bailouts to relieve its debt burden.
Justin Chadwick, who's with the Citrus Growers Association, says they need more support.

"Without a real revival of Transnet, this expansion is under serious threat."
