Updated | By Jacaranda FM News
Malusi Gigaba will be delivering his maiden mid-term budget today as the country's Finance Minister.

Economist, Francois Stoffberg says an increase in political turmoil has caused anxiety among investors.
"There's just not enough money to go around for all these inefficient government policies and state-owned enterprises. We are all expecting a shortfall in revenue," he says.
