Four people have been killed in a multi-vehicle crash on the N2, near Pongola in northern KwaZulu-Natal.

Robert McKenzie, who's with KZN Emergency Medical Services, says it's understood that a truck collided with three cars on Monday morning.
"Paramedics have treated six patients at the scene, several of whom were in a critical condition.
"The patients have been transported to hospital for continued medical care.
"The exact circumstances resulting in the crash are being investigated by police."
