Four killed and seven hurt in Umlazi taxi crash

Three children are among those killed in a horrific taxi accident at the Reunion Railway Station near Umlazi south of Durban

Two taxis collided before crashing into pedestrians at the train station at about 6:21am today.
Emergency services say one adult was also killed in the crash, bringing the death toll to four.All those who lost their lives were pedestrians.
Rescue Care's Garrith Jamieson says there's chaos in the area.
"Two taxis had collided and one had veered off knocking several pedestrians on the side of the road. Unfortunately four people, including three children, have passed away on the scene.
"A further seven patients were seriously injured and were stabilised on scene before being transported to various Durban hospitals," he said.
