Former SABC CEO found alive

Former SABC CEO, Solly Mokoetle has been found alive and is receiving treatment in a Durban hospital.

Mokoetle disappeared from his Mount Edgecombe home, near Umhlanga at about 10pm on Friday night.
He had reportedly gone to his gate to meet someone but did not return.

Police spokesperson Shooz Magudulela could not disclose what led to Mokoetle's hospitalisation.
"He's in a hospital here in Durban. [Mokoetle] was reported missing on Saturday and police started their search for him after a missing person inquiry was opened in Phoenix. He is recovering," he said.
