Foreign student trampled, gored by rhino in Zululand

A foreign student is in a critical condition after he was tramped and gored by a Black rhino in Northern Zululand.
Apparently, the game ranger student was walking on a private reserve on Wednesday when the incident occurred.
IPSS Medical responded to the incident.

Spokesperson Paul Herbst says the Scottish student was trampled and gored by the rhino.
"A search and rescue operation by IPSS Search and Rescue as well as anti-poaching units in the area. The student was located and preparations for evacuation were initiated.

The student was stabilized before being transported in a critical condition by KZN Private."
