Flood-hit Ladysmith residents still without power
Updated | By Noxolo Miya
The Alfred Duma Municipality says officials are still attempting to restore power to homes in Ladysmith.

The city's power station was also struck by lightning, leaving some residents in the dark from early this week.
The municipality's Abbas Warrasally says repairs are still underway.
