Flash floods kill Eskom employees in the Midlands
Updated | By ECR Newswatch
Local emergency officials have recovered the bodies of two Eskom employees - after their vehicle was swept away by flash floods in the uMzinyathi District, in the KZN Midlands.

The men had been part of a group of workers who'd gone to check on electricity faults near the uMsinga area yesterday - after severe thunderstorms in the area.
Co-workers say they watched in horror as the vehicle was swept down the raging Sampofu River - with Makhosonke Mbhele and Dumisani Mlaba still inside.
