Five found with hydroponic dagga arrested in Durban

Five people have been arrested in Durban - after allegedly being found in possession of hydroponic dagga.
Officers made the arrests after receiving a tip-off.
Spokesperson, Nqobile Gwala says they went to Worthing Avenue, at the Bluff, where they found two men in a vehicle in possession of 100 grams of dagga.
She says officers then moved to Umbilo where three more suspects were arrested.
"The drugs that were recovered were valued at more than R61 000. The drugs were recovered at the Bluff and in Umbilo. Police officers dealing with drugs and illegal firearms acted on intelligence driven information. They arrested five suspects for the possession of hydroponic dagga," Gwala said.

The suspects will be appearing in the Durban Magistrates’ Court soon.
