Five accused in AKA murder case denied bail
Updated | By Lauren Beukes
Five of the men accused of the murder of rapper Kiernan Forbes and his friend Tebello Motsoane will stay behind bars.

Magistrate Vincent Hlatshwayo delivered his bail decision in Durban Magistrate's Court on Wednesday morning.
"In the circumstances, it is the finding of this court that there is a case for the applicants to answer. It is the finding if this court that it would be reckless and irresponsible to allow the applicant bail. It is, therefore, the finding and the order of this court that in the circumstances, bail is refused of all five accused."
Forbes and Motsoane were gunned down last year in February outside a restaurant on Florida Road.
