Fire engulfs Eskom substation

Officials are trying to determine the cause of a fire that damaged a sub-station in Mpumalanga.
It is reported a transmitter exploded which set alight part of the substation as seen in a video posted online.
The fire took that took place overnight was eventually extinguished in the early hours of the next morning.
It is uderstood an Eskom substation was damaged in a massive fire at a plant in Mpumalanga at the weekend.
Local fire officials and mine rescue team were on scene. No injuries were reported in the incident.
