Updated | By Chanelle Lutchman
A fire has broken out at a building in Clairwood, south of Durban.

Rescue Care's Garrith Jamieson, who is on the scene says a clothing factory on Bacus Road caught alight a short while ago.
He says three people are receiving treatment on the scene with two of them having jumped from the first floor after the fire broke out.
"At this stage we are not sure if there is anyone inside or not. The fire is raging. The fire department is busy extinguishing as we speak.
"The traffic going towards Durban is built up until Quality Street. It's not very bad at the moment - it might cause havoc during peak hour," he said.
Traffic in the area has been affected. South Coast Road and Archary Road have been closed as firefighters work to douse the flames.
