Fifth Ntuzuma crash victim laid to rest

A Grade 11 pupil who died from injuries sustained in the horrific Ntuzuma minibus taxi crash - has been laid to rest.
Ndumiso Mkhwanazi died last week - after spending nearly two weeks in hospital.
Four other learners who were fatally injured in the crash on the first day of the academic year - were buried last weekend.

It's alleged that the driver of the taxi they were in tried to overtake another vehicle - but collided with a bus.
KZN Education's Muzi Mahlambi says officials from the department were at the funeral - to pay their last respects to the victim.
"We want to take this opportunity as the Department of Education to pass our condolences to the school and family of Ndumiso Mkhwanazi, that is the learner who was doing Grade 11," he said.
