Family members react to news of fatal Chatsworth bus accident

Family members of those hurt in this morning's bus crash in the Chatsworth area, south of Durban, are rushing to nearby hospitals to find their loved ones.

This woman's family was in the bus when it overturned on the M1 near Savannah Park.
"When I came here I saw all the people lying on the stretcher, some of them [with their] arms broken," she said.
Three people were killed, and around 70 others hurt in the crash.

Speaking to Newswatch at the RK Khan Hospital in Chatsworth where many of the injured were taken, the woman said she was shocked to hear her family had been involved in the accident.
"I'm feeling so bad because, you know when you get a phone call saying someone has been hurt - how you feel to see. I was so scared, and shivering - to see the baby, two weeks born," she said.
KZN Health MEC, Dr Sibongiseni Dhlomo has just arrived at the hospital, and is assessing the situation.
