Updated | By Noxolo Miya
Family, friends, and patrons have bid a final
farewell to well-known Durban businessman, Jabulani
'Mjay' Zama.

Zama, the owner of popular uMlazi spot, Eyadini Lounge, passed away last weekend at the age of 50 after suffering a stroke.
He was laid to rest on Saturday.
Speaking at the funeral service, Premier Nomusa Dube-Ncube said Zama's establishment played an important role in the city’s tourism industry and economy.
"The growth of our township economy, particularly the tourism in our province, owes a lot to the people like Mjay and Eyadini. Through Eyadini, the township economy has been ignited. The nightlife of Durban [became something] people were looking forward to coming to Durban for."
Zama's son says they will continue his legacy.
"I know firsthand how hard my father works. I've been with him from early morning at 3am to go check out sites in Stanger to staying with him at Eyadini and so forth. My father, the man that I adored the most in the whole world, is gone. We miss you, all of us. We carry your legacy. All four of us. All four of your beautiful children, especially me."
