Exam leak culprit back in the dock

A 52-year-old man arrested in connection with the matric exam leak in Giyani in Limpopo is set to return to court tomorrow.
Tinyiko Khosa will make a formal bail application in the Giyani Magistrate's Court.
The suspect - who owns two colleges in Malamulele - is accused of leaking the Maths paper 2.
A small number of pupils had access to the question paper before writing the exam on Monday, 31 October.

Limpopo education department spokesperson Naledzani Rasila would not confirm whether there have been any developments in the investigation.
The Hawks previously told Jacaranda FM News, more arrests are expected.
"We are still busy with our investigations and we believe, in this case, he was not working alone," said Limpopo Hawks spokesperson Matimba Maluleke.

Meanwhile, the Department of Basic Education says it hopes to get more information from Khosa.
The department's Elijah Mhlanga says he's hopeful Khosa will tell them where and how he got hold of the paper.
