Ex-boyfriend guns down three in PMB
Police in KZN are investigating three counts of murder and one of attempted murder following a shooting in Pietermaritzburg.
A security officer is said to have gone to his ex-girlfriend's home in Northdale on Saturday where an altercation ensued.
Police say the man shot four people, including two children.
Spokesperson Robert Netshiunda says the woman, a man, and a three-year old-girl were killed.
Another child, a two-year-old boy, was taken to hospital.
"The suspect was later found on the road after he allegedly shot himself. He was taken to hospital where he is receiving medical attention under police guard."
