Kaunda says he is aware of fake Facebook accounts, advertising vacancies with his name and picture attached to them.
Mayoral spokesperson, Mluleki Mntungwa says vacancies are advertised through the official municipal publication.
"One of the two bogus accounts is promising jobs in the municipality's solid waste unit and that they must contact a doctor Ngcobo.

"Mayor Kaunda appeals to the members of the public not to fall prey to these acts of criminality.
"The municipality has a very sound and transparent recruitment process that we would like members of the public to follow. Therefore, he will never advertise jobs on Facebook," says Mntungwa.
